I don't want to have to keep up with the latest software and even installations are complicated to me, so I rely on SR Hunt to help me through all of that. And they do. And they have for 30 years.

They really understand my business and understand what tech needs I have, even if I don't understand them. That's what keeps things running smoothly for me. I'm prepared before going into a whole shoot production. I already feel like I'm in good shape beforehand.

There are long stretches of time that I don't really talk to Steve or Shawn -- and that's because they’ve set me up well and everything's running smoothly. But what I also appreciate is that when there is even a small issue, I can just call and I get a quick response. I don't feel like I'm ever left waiting with a problem. I'm wired into them. If something goes wrong, sometimes they know what needs to be addressed before I do.

I've done four company relocations with SR Hunt. They handled all the logistics of moving, equipment, and getting all of us non-IT people on board and up to speed with everything. When we opened up a second office in Chicago, Shawn actually came out and got that office set up, made sure we were all connected remotely between Chicago and Boston. There were no glitches. We were never offline for a long period of time. They got the job done within the time they said they'd get it done.

And when I moved on to Alliance, I saw that they were paying an extravagant amount of money every month [for IT services]. It didn't make sense to me as the finance person. And so I introduced SR Hunt and they've been with us ever since.
